Our Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

Amberlea Swanage has five double rooms and one twin. All rooms are en-suite and there are ground floor rooms for guests who would prefer not to use the stairs. Single occupancy is available at a discount.

All of the rooms are fitted with a television, alarm clock radio and tea & coffee making facilities and we also offer free wi-fi to all guests. A hair dryer and an electric iron are available on request.

Each room comes with a parking space in one of our car parks and guests will have keys to main house as well as their own room to allow independent access at all times.

Full English breakfasts (optional extra) are served up in the attractive guest house dining room at their own table and special diets are catered for.
